Pilates Instructor Opportunity – Country Club of Asheville
I’m looking for a skilled and compassionate certified Pilates Instructor to join my private studio at the Country Club of Asheville. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on-site in a beautiful space with an established base of private clients.
The ideal fit is someone who is compassionate, results driven, and loyal who can confidently guide clients from post-rehabilitation to athletic conditioning. I have an established reputation, high demand, and a strong network of elite clientele who prioritize their health and quality of care. I can offer a stable schedule to an instructor who has the following:
Matwork, Reformer, and Cadillac certified (fully certified is a plus)
STOTT, Polestar, or Kane School training is preferred but not required
Minimum 2 years experience working with injuries & special populations in a 1-on-1 setting
Available to teach a minimum of 10hrs/wk (mornings preferred)
You thrive in a stable environment with a consistent schedule and long-term client relationships
A love for dogs, cats, or both (optional but appreciated)

Role Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for programming and teaching 50-minute private sessions, note-taking and monitoring client progress, minimal schedule management, and daily equipment upkeep. I’ll handle everything else so you can focus on teaching your heart out, then go home and binge-watch whatever you want at the end of the day.
Position Details:
Independent Contractor (1099) position
$37.50-$55/hr, depending on session type
Flexibility to set your own schedule (mornings preferred)
Long-term fit preferred (1-3+ years)

Liability insurance required, listing the Country Club of Asheville as an additional insured
